Participation is open only to customers who have a valid and active Shukran account at the time of participation and prize fulfilment.

Centrepoint shall not be liable for any technical errors, system failures, network disruptions, delays, lost, incomplete, misdirected, or corrupted entries that may affect participation in the campaign.
Centrepoint shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, damage, or expense arising from participation in the campaign or acceptance of the prize.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Centrepoint may use the winner’s name, initials, city of residence, and/or image for promotional, marketing, or publicity purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by applicable law.
